We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, please read our return policy below.

Return Period:

We are glad to accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason, also known as the 14 days reflection period.

Starting a Return:

To begin the return process, please reach out. Provide them with your order number (which you can find in the confirmation email or under 'Your Account'), the specific items you wish to return, and your reason for returning them. Our team will then share the necessary steps and give you return authorization.

Return Conditions:

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and not used, with all tags and packaging intact. In the case of food products, we cannot accept returns if the product is expired or has been opened for reasons relating to hygiene and health. We reserve the right to reject a refund if the items are not returned in their original condition.

Refunds:

Upon successful return, we will refund the full purchase price of your order using your original method of payment. Please be aware that only standard delivery charges are refundable; any premium delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

Unless the product is faulty or not as described, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please send back the product promptly, within 14 days of initiating your refund request (in other words, your withdrawal from the Contract). Please bear in mind that the returned items are your responsibility until we receive them. We recommend using durable packaging and a shipping service with tracking to protect against loss or damage.

Refund Timing:

We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

In the rare event that the products are faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact our customer service team with photographic evidence within 30 days of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
